Maledons 'One Stop Shop' facilities set the company apart from other metal fabricators. From cutting and preparation, bending and rolling, through to our extensive paint finishing shop this gives us greater control over our ISO 9001 quality systems.

Maledon Engineering is a specialised paint spraying company with years of experience in high quality paint procedures. We are a very versatile company that can cater for most paint applications. We have a large paint spraying facility with rapid turn around times.

The facilities and resources are in place for the preparation and painting for high and low volume production of a wide range of components. These components are painted to the highest standards and in a wide range of colours.

This focus allows us to provide our customers with both a range of established conventional coatings and also customize our paints to individual requirements in terms of performance, specifications and price.

E.g. Polyurethane has excellent paint capabilities as well as superior scratch resistance, film hardness and exterior durability. It provides resistance to water, weathering and ultra violet light. Maledons two-part polyurethane incorporates gloss and flexibility to ensure a high quality chemical and stain resistant finish on parts and substrates.

We have the capability to handle the longer runs and repeat orders typical of volume production in order to minimise finishing lead times.

We are also aware that as many operations as possible need to be undertaken at one location, so Maledons "One Stop Shop" helps to avoid time losses on delivery to our customers.
